An Any Card At Any Number perfect for your virtual shows or for the real world ones. Here is what happens:
A card gets named. You do a quick check for their card in the deck. Ensuring it's presence you hand the deck to the participant. The participant decides on a number (range forced) and deals down to that number, finds a card and deals the value of that card, and then finds their named card.

Features:

100% free choice of the card, except three which you have to steer the spectator away from should they choose it.
100% free choice of the number, but in some cases the number has to be divided by two, and in yet some other cases a second number has to be chosen, add the two and then divide by two to derive at the chosen number. Essentially you are forcing the value to be in a certain range.
Uses a regular pack of 52 cards + 2 Jokers.
There is nothing added or removed from the pack.
Points to note:
The participant is handed the deck before deciding on the number.
It is the participant who gets to deal down the cards to his number. The value of the card arrived at is again dealt and counted and then the spectator finds their named card. (In some cases one counting phase is sufficient.)
If performing in a virtual show then you can of course play the role of the participant in the dealing process.
