A deck of cards is taken out of the card box. A card is selected and even SIGNED, and then the deck is given to the spectator to shuffle. Afterward, you simply ask the spectator to look for their card in the deck.
As they come to the INCREDIBLE realization that their card has vanished from the deck, the performer simply says: "You've probably heard of the trick where the card appears inside the box... but have you ever heard of the trick where the card appears in the image on the card box?".
