The 3 card mystery by Magician Dibya Guha

The magician hands over a deck of playing cards to a spectator & asks him to thoroughly shuffle the cards.The magician then instructs the spectator to remove any 3 cards from the pack, mentally select any one of them & place all 3 in front of the performer on the table.After some time the magician is able to correctly divine the selected card.
Key points of my version:
No markings on cards or one way backs.The cards can even be borrowed
No forcing of cards involved.Spectator handles the cards himself.Cards are not stacked.
No stooges,preshow work,electronics etc.100% impromptu effect.Performer can even be blindfolded genuinely or be in another room when the selection is made.
Only 3 cards are involved.No adding or taking away of cards.Cards are in full view all the time.
Can be performed by magicians irrespective of skill level.May be performed surrounded.
