You, making no statement either way, tell the party-goers that while you don't believe in E.S.P. you have studied it somewhat and if they care to have you, you will demonstrate a couple of ideas that you have worked out. If they want to believe that you really have E.S.P. powers, then it is up to them. You make no claim to having such powers but say that you have a lot of fun trying out the experiments and are amazed yourself at the results, and (with tongue in cheek) possibly do have a bit of psychic powers, who knows?
