Between Your Hands by Alberto de Figueiredo

A spectator removes any four cards at random from a shuffled deck. They mix the four cards themselves and turn over any one to note the value. Instantly the other three cards change to match the value of the chosen card. The performer than has the spectator name a value that would be good for a card game...the four of a kind then changes again!
