A 14 page colour photo illustrated reference booklet. This provides an excellent reminder of the six handlings shown on the DVD， so that when practising you have memory joggers to keep you on track.
A 3 metre length of thin rope. This is the exact cord used by Mark and is enough to make 5 pieces of the correct length for using with this routine.
